It's been a...
Happy New...

I'll think of something.

2013. Also my cousin's 18th birthday.

As in 'Tis the season'.

Merry Christmas. 51/52 weeks.

Bonus: Purple

I love Purple. I try not to dress in too much of it, as I could do it head to toe as a child. Serious fail this week. Purple cord skirt for casual days - though no picture I'm lazy. Then for my business days... Purple tights, purple handbag, purple and gold pashmina (black dress).

And I bought purple shoes and a purple dress today. Well, they're my christmas present from my nan.

Edit: I have 2013's blog ready to roll in a couple of weeks.

Bonus: Food

I love food. The blog should show that.

I made peppermint bark this evening, and my parents joined in.

Then I had an M&S treat. A little tiffin, brownie and a hazelnut square.

From Gloucester. I do appriciate a Harley, even from a distance.

So, I skip it, a lot. I'm glad it hasn't come up too often. I've ignored it before on the random word generator.

We're getting ready for Christmas. I sent a copy of this book off to a far off land.

We have a german market in Bristol, you can kind of see it at the bottom. I was playing with Instagram and I quite like this one of the lights.

So, how do they get in your house?

Via the fairy doors. I bought my lovely little cousin one from Enchanted Doorways and they're gorgeous. She also had an accessories set. That set was also lovely.

This is how big it is, in comparison to my hand. This door opens, which was a very big hit with my cousin.

And, this was not taken by me, but by the birthday girl. She'd stuck the post box to the door, and there's a window somewhere that glows in the dark (to see when the fairy is home!). And she was playing with the fairy dust. It showered off of me.

A trip with my mad but lovely little cousin. We hit Krispy Kreme, Paperchase, David & Goliath and the Calvin Klein make up counter.Along with a slew of other shops, it was loads of fun, and we had a nice sunset as you can see.

Oh and these street performers are all over Cardiff. So many small children (and adults) were transfixed.

Because Covent Garden Needs a slide when The Covent Garden Soup Co advertises.

It's a ladle/ spoon and a huge carton. Yes people went down it (not me).

I saw Loserville tonight yesterday.

Seriously, go see it before it closes in January.

Or the reason I was up at 3am.

Judy Garland and Peggy Lee on The Judy Garland Show.

Quick snap of the TV, and actually it's not that bad.

And it's from:

A new gallery/shop in Bristol.

So cool, the artists were decorating the windows. The second was the best I could get from the bus.

Sunday, 14 October 2012

So there's a transport theme at the mo. It's not intentional, but I have had boats, cars and now a bus. I'll try and stop.

I took a picture of the big gay bus.

Some people are gay, get over it. Stonewall.

I love the big gay bus.

Bonus: Mafia

So, I was in the car today, and something slightly odd was pointed out to me.

Can you see it?

How about now?

Let's try after a crop

Yeah, I'm scared. What a way to HANDle business. Ok, that was bad, but I couldn't resist.

Full time job: Geek.

I finished Mark of Athena by Rick Riordan in a couple of hours this week.

I also adore Doctor Who. So I drew (then coloured) Athena in Gallifreyan, well a fan created Gallifreyan, but it's still fun.

The font, for any fellow geeks, is called Jane Austen by Pia Frauss from

Right, I'm Bristolian, I should be able to handle this one tomorrow.

And, handled.

Well I spent a couple of nights here the other week. Quite pretty.

Just a quick play around with an app and my moon light, yep the swirls are stars.

Now, I've had a split in a ring (I wear 5 everyday - 3 on the left and 2 on the right) for a very long time.

This is what WWRY did to it (well actually it was worse, but I did bend it back before replacing it). It's not done that in all the months it's been split. Really, it was still perfectly round. Well done cast, well done.

So I love my musicals. I've seen it before, but it's still fantastic. Queen and Ben Elton's We Will Rock You!
From outside the Dominion and from my seat. Fantastic view, especially as it was a last minute grab at tkts.

I like to write, and I like different styles of handwriting. If I could manage this all the time I'd love it.

Idina Menzel's I feel everything.

My dad ordered something from eBay - lights I think.

This is what he got instead:

They did replace it, but it's still funny.

This is in Christmas World in Harrods, I was in there today and generally loving it.

I paid a visit to the toy kingdom and after watching the remote controlled shark balloon fly about one section I spent some time in the reading room.

These are for Miss Holly and Miss Lucy. So nice.

A big circular room in the middle, with more books, the half circle on the wall is where kids can stand and listen to a story being told. So cute

Plus, they have story nooks with cuddlies. This was playing the hungry catepillar.

In the disney store: Flora, Fauna and Merriweather

And I took a stroll, wonderfully sunny and very quiet, so I snapped a pic when the traffic had stopped.

Evil little fucker, I hate moths.

I'm also very excited about Louise Dearman coming back to Wicked, and she's green this time!

I saw Nikki Davis-Jones the other night. She is amazing, and also very pretty.

From Angelberry.

Coconut with Cadbury buttons and sprinkles.
